Employees
Getting the right support, at the right time.
Ensure employees receive tailored support when needed through targeted resources while fostering a culture of care and enhanced employee wellbeing.

Three of the biggest challenges facing employees today:

Tricky conversations.

Lack of professional support.

Privacy and confidentiality.
How we help you solve them.

Self-serve absence reporting.
The GoodShape App makes absence reporting easier and more convenient than ever.
Our chatbot means you can report absence 24/7 without having to talk to anyone unless you want to, and your manager will be notified directly of any updates through the GoodShape Central platform.
Professional clinical support.
Whether reporting an absence or just seeking advice, our clinical team can provide expert triage, self-care advice and signposting through an easy-to-book, free appointment.

Confidential service.
With GoodShape, you choose what information you want to share with your employer without sacrificing access to professional support.
Plus, all data is anonymised in wider employee health reports, so your employer only sees what you want them to.
“We would recommend GoodShape to other organisations who want to streamline processes and reduce absence.”
“... when we are alerted to
high levels of absence, such as musculoskeletal problems in the factory, we can proactively address them because we now have clear trigger levels in place.”
“Across 11,800 staff, GoodShape helped to recoup 33,040 working days within 12 months - or the equivalent of returning 144 full-time staff to work.”
“We estimate that we’ve saved £152,000 in terms of increased productivity and efficiency savings. This means that the absence service has provided a great return on investment, and having more employees available to work gives us a far greater opportunity to deliver a good service for our customers.”
