Registering your GoodShape account gives you the convenience of reporting your absences online, allowing you to report your absence in a matter of minutes through our app or on the web.
You must register your account to log in and report absences through our app or web platform.
Accounts that haven't been registered won't be able to login online.
How to register
If your employer has enabled the GoodShape App:

- Check your work email inbox for your registration email.
- If you can’t find it, email appqueries@goodshape.com with your full name and company name to get a new link.
- Click the link in the email we've sent.
- Check your work email inbox for your registration email.

I'm locked out of the GoodShape App - how do I unlock my account?
To unlock your account, open the app and enter your email, then select 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the instructions.
How do I report an absence?
To report an absence, log in to the app with your GoodShape account details, click 'Report an absence' on the homepage, and complete the form.
If this is your first time using the App, you will need to complete a few registration questions first.
Who will be notified of my absence?
Details of reported absences will be sent to the designated ‘Notification Contacts’ chosen by your HR team, including your line manager.
Depending on the nature of the absence, such as a workplace accident, other relevant parties like health & safety representatives may also be informed.
I’ve downloaded the GoodShape App, but I can’t access it - what do I do?
To start using the GoodShape App, you’ll first need to create a GoodShape account. To do this, follow the link in the registration email we’ve sent you and create an account - you can then log in to the app using your details.
If you need a new registration email, please call your dedicated absence support line or email appqueries@goodshape.com.
If you are unable to use the App to report your absence, you can call your organisation’s dedicated absence line for assistance. Your HR team will be able to provide you with this number.
